wash up into the railroad property. His access to your neighborhhod was
very easy, he didn't have to scale a fence he simply walked through all
through the gaps. He was confident and had a long easy gait. My dog and I
could barely keep up from 200 meters behind. I will no longer apply a
negative consequence when I come across one as have done in the past.
Please educate your home owners about bird feeders, open trash containers
and fencing high enough to deter them. Any RESPONSIBLE PET OWNER who
loses a pet to a Canis Latrans has no one to blame but themselves.
