My dog was attacked in my backyard that has a 6 foot
high cinder block wall that surrounds my property. You said that there
was no evidence like scratch marks, have you really been on my property to
inspect my cinder wall? Besides I have seen the coyote hop up on the wall
with my own eyes. If you were to actually research the animal you would
know that coyotes can leap over 5 feet with ease. We have absolutely no
dog food, fruit, or trash to attract the coyote. We are responsible dog
owners. Do you really think that keeping our pet inside the house except
when she is supervised outside for 15 minutes 3 times a day, or on her 45
minute walk is humane for her? We have lived in the city for over 30
years and have had three dogs spending the majority of their day and night
in the backwayd with ZERO incidents.
I think you are the one that needs to take out a dictionary and see what
symbiosis really is; •the relation between two different species of
organisms that are interdependent; each gains benefits from the other.
What would the benefits be?
Don't attack others when you don't have all the facts. Take the time to
educate yourself instead of trying tell us what we should do. You haven't
been to the city council meetings like we have. You have not spoken to
animal control and other offices. And to be honest, you probably don't
even live in our city.
