I'm glad the flyers seem to be having a positive effect. I have seen
these types of problems in residential neighborhoods in other parts of our
service area and they do tend to resolve some way or another after a bit
of education. If trouble spots can be addressed it can go a long way.
Still, everyone needs to be conscious of the potential for problems and
follow the advice about maintaining property and protecting pets. I do
